How fast do you reply?
Most emails get an answer the same working day. If it’s the weekend, expect Monday — the same person who twists the strands is the one writing back.
What should I include for a custom quote?
Discipline, the lay and length you ride now, and anything you wish were different about it. A photo of your current line helps more than you’d think.
Can I visit the shop?
We’re a working shop, not a storefront, so call ahead. If you’re in the valley we’ll set aside a bench and let you feel the lays in hand.

Yes — email the pro desk with the volume you run and we’ll quote a per-line rate plus a stocking schedule that fits the season.
